Petition by the people of Khaminah
The people of Khaminah have written to a woman [possibly Nuzhat al-Dawlah] regarding their problems with the current steward, requesting that she would send a trustworthy person to review the accounts, compare them to that of the steward, and insure that he is not exacting taxes more than what is recorded.

Dispute between Fath‘ali Khan and Amir Zakariya's peasants, 1855
Regarding the ownership of Amir Zakariya village; the peasants were unable to provide valid documents of ownership. The evidence instead suggested that Najafqulikhan Biglarbaygi from Tabriz had purchased the village from Akhund Mulla Asad Allah. The property then passed on to his inheritors.

Settlement and crop-sharing contract between Khanumi Khanum and Bala Bayg Yavar, 1820
These documents include: 1- a settlement, dated April 23, 1820, between Khanumi Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Sultan, and her husband, Bala Bayg Yavar, the eldest son of ‘Ali Mardan Khan, in which she settles her mahr in exchange for a farmland known as ‘Ali Akbar farm, in Guni, as well as some shares of water usage from the qanat. 2- on April 25, 1820, Bala Bayg Yavar rents the crops and products of ‘Ali Akbar farm and water usage from its qanat from his wife, Khanumi Khanum for thirty years in exchange for an annual amount of twenty tumans.

Affidavit and confirmation letter regarding Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will, 1931
Inquiry from people who learned from Muhammad Husayn Khan Sardar ‘Ashayir [Nuzhat al-Dawlah's second husband] that Nuzhat al-Dawlah had included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah in her will and their testimony in two documents dated June 8, 1931 and June 18, 1931; a document, dated June 16, 1931, confirming Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will regarding the villages of Sis and Malikzadah.

Sale agreement of Mashhadi Isma‘il and Shahzadah Khanum, 1841
Mashhadi Isma‘il, the merchant from Tabriz, sells one-twelveth of Amand village, in the Rudqat district of Tabriz, to Shahzadah Khanum, daughter of Najafquli Khan Bayglarbaygi, for one hundred twenty-two tumans and five thousand dinars.

Payment instruction and affidavit, 1918 and 1929
Two sets of writing on a sheet of paper: Nuzhat al-Dawlah's request that Haji ‘Ali Aqa Kumpani pay seventy tumans to Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, dated May 1, 1918. The second is an inquiry regarding the late Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will written on April 13, 1924, which included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah and has passed the ownership of some properties to the writer and three other people. Questions and answers regarding the settlement between Nuzhat al-Dawlah and Lutf‘ali Khan Nasir al-Sultan, 1928
1- Question addressed to Hujjat al-Islam Sadiq, the son of Muhammad, concerning a settlement in which the late Lutf‘ali Khan Nasir al-Sultan settled his claims about the properties owned by the late Hajiyah Nuzhat al-Dawlah, and whether the settlement included the listed villages.
